CONRAD JACKSON, STAFF,  REPRESENTATIVE OLSON, explained that                                                                    
HB 13  would establish a  medical services fee  schedule for                                                                    
workers' compensation related services.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair   Stedman   highlighted   one  fiscal   note   from                                                                    
Department  of  Labor  and  Workforce  Development  for  $75                                                                    
thousand in interagency receipts.                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair  Hoffman MOVED  to report  HB 13  out of  committee                                                                    
with individual recommendations  and the accompanying fiscal                                                                    
note(s). There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
