SENATE BILL NO. 243                                                                                                        
     "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of

This was  the second  hearing for  this bill in  the Senate  Finance                                                            
Committee.                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Donley  offered a motion to report the bill  from Committee
