CHAIR DUNBAR  announced the consideration  of HOUSE BILL  NO. 123                                                               
"An   Act  relating   to  an   amendment  to   the  articles   of                                                               
incorporation of a corporation organized  under the Alaska Native                                                               
Claims Settlement Act; and providing for an effective date."                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR DUNBAR stated  the intention is to solicit the  will of the                                                               
committee  on this  bill today.  He  invited Mr.  Wright to  make
