IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." Senator B. Stevens told of a letter stating that the Limited Conference Committee would not come to agreement on this legislation and requesting the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate to appoint a new Free Conference Committee. Representative Harris offered a motion to adopt the letter and forward it to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate. There was no objection and the letter was ADOPTED.
