Number 0046 REPRESENTATIVE SEATON moved to adopt CSHB 174, Version 23- GH1126\H, Ford, 4/21/03, as the working document. CHAIR WEYHRAUCH said, "Without objection, then, we've adopted the CS. And your motion was also to move it out of committee, with individual ..." REPRESENTATIVE SEATON moved to report CSHB 174, Version 23- GH1126\H, Ford, 4/21/03, out of committee with individual recommendations and the accompanying fiscal notes. There being no objection, CSHB 174 was reported from the House State Affairs Standing Committee. CHAIR WEYHRAUCH thanked the committee and related his belief that with the CS the state will benefit. He remarked, "We'll hope we can get the Senate, governor, and House to agree."
