[No objection was stated, and Version H was treated as adopted.] REPRESENTATIVE HOLM moved to report CSHB 47 [Version 23- LS0306\H, Ford, 4/8/03] out of committee with individual recommendations and the accompanying fiscal note. Number 0125 REPRESENTATIVE SEATON noted that Version H is based on the National Conference of Insurance Legislators (NCOIL) model.
