SCR 1:  TWENTY-SEVENTH ANNUAL BOYS' STATE                                    
                                                                               
  CHAIRMAN AL VEZEY read the title of SCR 1 and asked if there                 
  were any comments, testimony or questions.  Hearing none, he                 
  made a MOTION to pass SCR 1 with individual recommendations.                 
  Six members signed do pass.  Representative Bettye Davis was                 
  absent at that time and did not vote.
