SB 171 - EXTEND CURRENT SUBSISTENCE LAW                                     
                                                                               
 CO-CHAIRMAN JOE GREEN stated the committee passed HB 312 last week            
 and the Senate version is now before them.  He said the two                   
 versions are identical except for page 1, line 10.  He pointed out            
 the committee's version required the Governor to make a review no             
 later than February 1, 1996, and the Senate version has the date              
 December 1, 1995.                                                             
                                                                               
 REPRESENTATIVE DAVIES made a MOTION to ADOPT CSSB 171(RES).                   
                                                                               
 CO-CHAIRMAN GREEN asked if there were any objections.  Hearing                
 none, the MOTION PASSED.
