CHAIR WRIGHT announced that the  first order of business would be                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO.  229, "An Act establishing  Alaska Veterans' Poppy

REPRESENTATIVE SHAW moved to report  HB 229 out of committee with                                                               
individual  recommendations and  the  accompanying fiscal  notes.
