CHAIR SUMNER announced  that the next order of  business would be                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 138, "An Act relating to an audiology and speech-                                                                
language  interstate   compact;  relating  to  the   practice  of                                                               
audiology  and the  practice  of  speech-language pathology;  and
