CO-CHAIR  SPOHNHOLZ announced  that the  first order  of business                                                               
would  be   HOUSE  BILL  NO.   301,  "An  Act  relating   to  the                                                               
establishment  of a  renewable portfolio  standard for  regulated                                                               
electric  utilities;  and  providing   for  an  effective  date."

Standing Committee.
