CO-CHAIR FIELDS announced  that the next order  of business would                                                               
be HOUSE BILL NO. 75,  "An Act relating to employer contributions                                                               
to  the  Public  Employees'  Retirement  System  of  Alaska;  and

CO-CHAIR  FIELDS  opened  public  testimony  on  HB  75.    After                                                               
ascertaining  that no  one wished  to testify,  he closed  public

CO-CHAIR SPOHNHOLZ  moved to report  HB 75 out of  committee with                                                               
individual  recommendations and  the  accompanying fiscal  notes.

Labor and Commerce Standing Committee.
