CHAIR KITO  announced that  the next order  of business  would be                                                               
HOUSE  BILL NO.  114,  "An  Act relating  to  boiler and  unfired

CHAIR KITO, after  ascertaining that there was no  one who wished

REPRESENTATIVE WOOL moved to report  HB 114 out of committee with                                                               
individual  recommendations and  the  accompanying fiscal  notes.                                                               
There being no  objection, HB 114 was moved from  the House Labor                                                               
and Commerce Standing Committee.
