CHAIR OLSON announced  that the first order of  business would be                                                               
HOUSE BILL  NO. 326,  "An Act requiring  health care  insurers to                                                               
offer a child-only policy; and providing for an effective date."                                                                
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR OLSON  related that  this bill will  be held  over awaiting
