CHAIR VANCE announced  that the final order of  business would be                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 238, "An Act  relating to criminal mischief in the                                                               
third degree; and providing for an effective date."                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR  VANCE   opened  public  testimony   on  HB  238.     After                                                               
ascertaining that  no one  wished to  testify, she  closed public
