HB 255 - NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE BY AUTOMOBILE                                   
                                                                               
 CHAIRMAN PORTER announced that there were two bills scheduled to be           
 heard by the committee, HB 255, concerning negligent homicide was             
 withdrawn by the sponsor and HB 370, a provision for legal services           
 for criminal defendants was to be addressed.
