HJR 47 - FUNDS TO UPGRADE MILITARY ON BASE SCHOOLS REP. MULDER stated that HJR 47 was a proposal expressing the legislature's encouragement to resolve the military school base problem expeditiously and transfer the schools to the state's charge as soon as possible. He said the federal government does have funds available to match the state's share. He also mentioned that the Chairperson for the State Board of Education, Patty Norheim, was on the task force.
