     The  title  has  been  changed to  reflect  the  CS  to                                                                    
     version  U  of  the  bill,  "An  act  relating  to  the                                                                    
     purchase and sale of state  land; relating to discounts                                                                    
     for  veterans on  state land  purchases; and  providing

     Deleted -  removing Section 3, removing  Section 4, and                                                                    
     removing Section  5 which  mandated a  military veteran                                                                    
     to use  their dividend to  purchase and for  state land

committee   with   individual    recommendations   and   the                                                                    
accompanying fiscal notes. There  being NO OBJECTION, it was

CSSSHB 3  (FIN) was REPORTED  out of committee with  six "do                                                                    
pass"    recommendations,     four    "no    recommendation"                                                                    
recommendations, and  one "amend" recommendation and  with a                                                                    
new  fiscal  impact  note  by   the  Department  of  Natural                                                                    
Resources and with a new zero fiscal note by the Department
