DIVISION,  LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS  AGENCY,  explained that  the                                                                    
agency  has  conducted a  sunset  audit  in accordance  with                                                                    
statute  and recommends  the extension  of  the board  until                                                                    
June 30, 2018.                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Hawker highlighted the fiscal note for $50,900 for                                                                     
operating expenses for receipt-supported services.                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
Vice-Chair Thomas MOVED to report SB 263 out of Committee                                                                       
with individual recommendations and the accompanying fiscal                                                                     
note. There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
