HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 2                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
     Proposing an amendment to  the Constitution of the State                                                                   
     of Alaska  requiring an affirmative  vote of  the people                                                                   
     before  any   form  of  gambling   for  profit   may  be
