HOUSE BILL NO. 23                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
     An Act relating to court-ordered restitution and                                                                           
     compensation following a criminal conviction.                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Williams stated that  HB 23 would be WAIVED from the                                                                   
House Finance  Committee.  He  noted that a zero  fiscal note                                                                   
had been  attached in  the House Judiciary  Committee.    The                                                                   
bill and the zero note were waived from Committee.
