     "An Act relating to the school year for purposes of the                                                                    
     postsecondary student loan program; and providing for

Representative  J. Davies observed  that he further  reviewed                                                                   
the bill and is comfortable with the language.

Committee with  the accompanying fiscal note.  There being NO
