There being NO OBJECTION, the action was rescinded. The original bill was before the Committee for consideration. Representative J. Davies MOVED to adopt Amendment #1 into HB 12. There being NO OBJECTION, it was adopted. Representative J. Davies explained that the amended language would be placed in a different portion of the statute. Legal Counsel believes that it would make more sense to place it in the section as recommended in Amendment #1. There being NO OBJECTION, Amendment #1 was adopted. Representative J. Davies MOVED to report CS SSHB 12 (FIN) out of Committee with individual recommendations and with the accompanying zero fiscal notes. There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered. CS SS HB 12 (FIN) was reported out of Committee with a "do pass" recommendation and with zero fiscal notes by the Department of Natural Resources dated 2/3/99 and Department of Transportation and Public Facilities dated 2/3/99. Co-Chair Therriault pointed out that the previous Committee Report could be used with the addition of Representative Foster's signature as he had not been present at the previous meeting.
