SENATE BILL NO. 231                                                            
                                                                               
"An Act making and amending capital appropriations and                         
reappropriations and capitalizing funds; and providing                         
for an effective date."                                                        
                                                                               
Co-Chair Hanley provided members with a copy of the                            
proposed bill and amendments which were passed on the                          
Senate floor.  The spreadsheet provides a comparison of the                    
slow track supplemental.  He added that the latest draft of                    
the reappropriation bill was available, as was a sectional                     
analysis for that legislation.
