The provision would decrease costs for applicants who wish to practice medicine in Alaska. Representative Brown MOVED to adopt Amendment #1 requiring an interview and allowing that interview to be by telephone. There being NO OBJECTION, it was adopted. Co-Chair MacLean MOVED to report CS HB 507 (FIN) out of Committee with individual recommendations and with the accompanying fiscal note. There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
