CHAIR HEINZE explained that two fiscal notes had been received since the last hearing: a zero fiscal note from the Legislative Affairs Agency reflecting the cost of distributing the resolution, and a fiscal note [for $100,000] from the University of Alaska for the cost of the study. Number 0093 REPRESENTATIVE McGUIRE moved to rescind the committee's action [moving HCR 28 out of committee on 2/12/04]. CHAIR HEINZE asked whether there was any objection.
