DAVID TEAL, DIRECTOR, LEGISLATIVE FINANCE DIVISION pointed out that the proposed motion for item 1 would be to adopt part of the House version and part of the Senate version. He suggested that the Senate amount should be adopted with a fund source change. He noted that $383.6 thousand dollars in federal receipts should be changed to general funds.
