CHAIR  CLAMAN  announced  the  consideration  of  SENATE  SPECIAL                                                               
CONCURRENT  RESOLUTION   NO.  12  Disapproving   Executive  Order                                                               
No. 135, Eliminating the Alaska Safety Advisory Council.                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR CLAMAN  invited questions or  comments from  the committee.                                                               
He reiterated that he does not support EO 135.

SENATOR GIESSEL moved to report  SSCR 12, work order 33-LS1342\A,                                                               
Disapproving Executive Order 135,  from committee with individual

CHAIR CLAMAN  found no  objection and SSCR  12 was  reported from                                                               
the Senate Judiciary Standing Committee.                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR CLAMAN  noted that, for  the record, this does  not reflect                                                               
an intent by any of the members  of this committee to vote for or                                                               
against  SSCR  12, Disapproving  Executive  Order  135, in  joint
