SCR  7-SUSPEND UNIFORM RULES FOR HB 71                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR CON  BUNDE announced SCR  7 to  be up for  consideration to                                                               
address a title change.                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR RALPH  SEEKINS moved  to pass SCR  7 from  committee with                                                               
individual recommendations.  There were no objections  and it was                                                               
so ordered.
