SENATOR  COWDERY  moved to  calendar  SB 345-SCHOOL  SERVICES  FOR                                                          
DISABLED STUDENTS, by Senator Green,  with its accompanying fiscal                                                          
notes at the Chairman's discretion.                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS  lamented it  is hard to  be "Green," (a  quote from                                                              
Kermit the Frog).

carried.
