SENATOR MILLER moved all versions of SB 289 with individual                                                                     
recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at                                                                
the Chairman's discretion.  The motion carried with Senators                                                                    
Miller, Pearce, and Kelly voting "Yea", and Senator Ellis voting                                                                
"Nay."
