SB 268 PRETRIAL RELEASE FOR DRUG OFFENSES                          
                                                                              
 SENATOR ADAMS repeated this bill attempts to fix something that is            
 not broken.  He asked if the Department of Law planned to submit              
 further testimony on this bill.                                               
                                                                               
 SENATOR TAYLOR announced the sponsor requested the bill be held               
 until Friday.  He adjourned the meeting at 3:10 p.m.
