SB 255-PUB.LAND PERMITS/HEALY-FAIRBANKS INTERTIE                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LEMAN moved all versions of SB 255 with individual                                                                      
recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes for calendaring at                                                                
the Chairman's discretion.  SENATOR ELLIS objected.  The motion                                                                 
carried with Senators Pearce, Miller, Leman, and Kelly voting                                                                   
"Yea," and Senator Ellis voting "Nay."
