CHAIR CLAMAN announced  the consideration of SENATE  BILL NO. 212                                                               
"An Act  increasing the  number of superior  court judges  in the                                                               
third judicial district; and providing for an effective date."                                                                  
CHAIR CLAMAN  said this is  the second hearing  of SB 212  in the                                                               
Senate Judiciary Standing Committee. The  intention is to look to                                                               
the will of the committee to move SB 212 from committee.
