CHAIR SUMNER announced  that the next order of  business would be                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.  147(L&C, "An Act relating to reemployment

CHAIR  SUMNER  opened   public  testimony  on  SB   147.    After                                                               
ascertaining  that no  one wished  to testify,  he closed  public                                                               
testimony and announced that the bill would be held over.
