     "An Act extending the termination  date of the Board of                                                                    
     Certified   Direct-Entry    Midwives;   extending   the                                                                    
     termination  date of  the Board  of Nursing;  extending                                                                    
     the  termination  date  of the  Board  of  Parole;  and

SENATOR  JESSE  BJORKMAN,  SPONSOR,  stated  that  the  bill                                                                    
extended  the  boards  outlined   in  the  bill  title,  and                                                                    
followed the recommendations from the state auditors.                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Stedman  MOVED to  REPORT SB  137 out  of committee                                                                    
with individual  recommendations and attached  fiscal notes.
