SENATOR THERRIAULT  asked what  changes were  made to SB 135  in the                                                            
Senate Judiciary Committee.                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
MR. ELMER  LINDSTROM, Special  Assistant,  Department of Health  and                                                            
Social Services,  explained that the  sole change was to  the title.                                                            
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR THERRIAULT  moved to calendar all versions  of SB 135-MENTAL                                                        
HEALTH  INFO/RECORDS/COMMUNICATIONS   and  its accompanying   fiscal                                                        
note. There being no objection, the motion carried.
