CHAIR THERRIAULT announced SB 121 to be up for consideration.                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
He  advised  the  members  that  the  co-chairs  of  the  Finance                                                               
Committee  asked that  the bill  be moved  to that  committee. He                                                               
asked  if there  were any  questions from  the previous  hearing.                                                               
Hearing none, he asked for a motion.                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR WAGONER  motioned to  report SB  121 and  attached fiscal                                                               
notes from committee with individual recommendations.                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR THERRIAULT  announced that without objection,  SB 121 would                                                               
move to the next committee of referral.
