This provision is found on Page 5, Lines 13-17 • Adds tax credits to the list of programs the Commission shall review and prepare recommendations as to whether they should be discontinued or changed. 3:33:47 PM CHAIR KAWASAKI removed his objection; found no further objection and CSSB 107 was adopted as the working document. 3:34:07 PM CHAIR KAWASAKI opened public testimony on SB 107; finding none, he kept public testimony open. 3:34:21 PM CHAIR KAWASAKI held SB 107 in committee.
