CHAIR SHOWER announced  the consideration of SENATE  BILL NO. 102                                                               
"An Act relating to the Compact for a Balanced Budget."                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
He asked Mr.  Whitt to confirm that there were  no amendments for

Legislature,  Juneau, Alaska,  stated that  the sponsor's  office                                                               
did not  have any amendments or  change requests for the  bill at

questions.  Finding  no questions  or  comments,  he solicited  a
