CO-CHAIR GIESSEL  notified the committee that  she requested that                                                               
SB  92  be returned  to  Senate  Resources. Her  office  received                                                               
suggestions  for pertinent  amendments  from Native  corporations                                                               
that she would  like this committee to add to  the bill. The bill                                                               
will be  heard next  Monday, April  24, 2023,  at which  time the                                                               
committee  will  have the  opportunity  to  consider a  committee                                                               
substitute that incorporates those suggestions.
