Senator   Wilson   thanked   the   committee   for   hearing   the                                                              
legislation.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Olson noted that there were five fiscal notes.

recommendations   and  attached   fiscal  notes.  There  being  NO
