CHAIR SHAW  announced that the  final order of business  would be                                                               
SENATE  BILL   NO.  38,  "An   Act  establishing  the   crime  of

REPRESENTATIVE  WRIGHT moved  to report  SB 38  out of  committee                                                               
with  individual  recommendations  and  the  accompanying  fiscal                                                               
notes.   There being no  objection, SB  38 was reported  from the                                                               
House   State  Affairs   Standing  Committee.     He   authorized                                                               
Legislative Legal  Services to make  any necessary  technical and                                                               
conforming changes.
