SB  19 -  LEGISLATIVE SESSIONS TO BE IN ANCHORAGE                            
                                                                               
            Testimony was  presented by  Jamie Parsons,  Chuck                 
            Achberger, and Chip Wagoner.  The sponsor directed                 
            attention  to  a  proposed   committee  substitute                 
            adding a relocation commission.  The bill was HELD                 
            in committee for continuing work on fiscal notes.
