         SB  16 INCREASE LAND GRANT TO UNIV. OF ALASKA                        
                                                                              
 SENATOR LEMAN announced SB 16 to be up for consideration.                     
                                                                               
 SENATOR FRANK moved to pass SB 16 from committee with individual              
 recommendations and asked for unanimous consent.  There were no               
 objections and it was so ordered.
