The first order of business to come before the committee was  CSHJR           
 43(FIN)  (RIGHTS OF CRIME VICTIMS; CRIMINAL ADMIN).                           
                                                                               
 SENATOR JACKO moved that SCS CSHJR 43(JUD) be adopted.  Hearing no
