HJR 14-NATIONAL WHEELCHAIR GAMES  MARK GNADT, staff to Representative Eric Croft, described the legislation as a feel good bill. He said the Paralyzed Veterans of America Exploratory Committee would be visiting Alaska during the 2003 summer to conduct a final review of the Anchorage facilities and the sponsor would like to be able to present the resolution to them to show that they have the full support of the Legislature. CHAIR GARY STEVENS held the bill for a quorum. HJR 14-NATIONAL WHEELCHAIR GAMES  CHAIR GARY STEVENS advised he was holding the bill until there was a quorum present to take action. He explained the provisions of the bill to Senator Fred Dyson. SENATOR GRETCHEN GUESS made a motion to move HJR 14 and attached zero fiscal note from committee with individual recommendations. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
