She said that she has been a resident for 30 years and believed that there are other means for the legislature to come up with funding, and the current approach was unnecessary. 3:20:01 PM THERESA OBERMEYER, representing self, testified in opposition to HJR 10. She said that the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation (APFC) Board of Trustees is not elected by the legislature. She said that she spent 2001 to 2015 hosting an online website that illustrates investments pertaining to the board. She said that she got almost 44,000 hits and yet nobody has checked the APFC Board and what it does. She did not understand why operating measures had not been reviewed over the years. She stated opposition for HJR 10. She opined that the APFC Board of Trustees should be confirmed by those in public office.
