HJR 4-KENAI/KASILOF SUBSISTENCE PRIORITY 8:43:36 AM CHAIR SEATON announced that the first order of business would be HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 4, Requesting the Federal Subsistence Board to reconsider its decision regarding the subsistence fishery priority given to Ninilchik residents. CONRAD JACKSON, Staff to Representative Kurt Olson, sponsor, explained the changes contained in CSHJR 4: distinguishing the communities of Hope and Cooper Landing, and providing that electronic copies, as well as posted hard copies, be transmitted to Alaska's congressional delegates.
