CHAIR WEYHRAUCH  announced that the  first order of  business was                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT  RESOLUTION NO.  26, Relating to  investments in

26(STA)  was reported  out of  the House  State Affairs  Standing                                                               
Committee.
